Yes, if you purchase an off the plan home you can choose the interior of your home with a selection of design options and finishes. There are both standard and deluxe packages available for you to choose from, plus some optional extra features such as timber flooring and skylights.

Absolutely. All homes at Lakeside Forster come with a 6-year structural warranty.

All residents are responsible for their home maintenance including repairs and replacement of fixtures, fittings and appliances outside normal warranties.

All homes have their own meters so you are responsible for paying your own utilities including electricity and water.

Your site fees will be detailed in your residential site agreement. These fees cover the lease of the land and contribute to the management and maintenance of the community.
If you receive income support payments, you may be eligible for rent assistance from Centrelink, which can help reduce the amount you pay each fortnight.

When the time comes for you to sell your home you will not be charged exit or deferred management fees. This means all proceeds from the sale will be yours. Please note, that if you decide to purchase your home using our shared equity arrangement then there an opportunity fee will be payable.

Our residents enjoy access to a swimming pool, BBQ facilities and sport court. Further recreational facilities are planned as part of this new development and will include a resident clubhouse, Alfresco entertaining area and pickleball court.

Pets are very welcome at Lakeside Forster as long as prior management consent is given. We are also mindful of those who choose not to own pets so we provide a list of basic rules for pet owners to make sure all homeowners’ rights are respected.

Yes. residents are welcome to host friends and relatives, and guests are welcome to use community facilities. Your guests can even stay in separate accommodation within the adjacent holiday park.

We understand that boats and caravans can take up carport space and therefore we have a dedicated area for caravan, boat or trailer storage. There are fees associated with the use of the storage area and space is limited.
